Lesson 103 - Balancing Architecture and Hands-On Coding

One of the challenges of being a software architect is balancing hands-on coding with software architecture. While it is generally accepted that all software architects should also code, this is sometimes a difficult talk, particularly if the architect is not allowed to code alongside the development team. In this lesson Mark Richards shares some techniques for maintaining (and balancing) hands-on coding while still performing the duties of an architect.
